Rolling snapshot report for magazines
Any KPI you are interested in, such as revenue per employee, department as a percentage of revenue, ad/news ratios, yield per page, or net contribution of any revenue stream, can be seen in a quick visual.
Since it is a rolling – last month versus this month – and YOY, you an see both data sets simultaneously.
Most of the information comes from the P&L, but other items, such as printed pages, can be tracked in a log by the department manager. After the initial setup, the spreadsheet is updated monthly.
