Every media-run event requires its own profit & loss statement as a division or as a whole. This allows the event manager to be compensated on profits, not just revenues, and to think of the event as a business. Download this event P&L and edit it to use for any event.

What’s a vendor event packet? One sheet (or more) packet that gives vendors who have signed up all of the information they need on the day of the event. Use this editable work document – tried and tested at dozens of events – as a starting point to make sure you have covered all the basic areas and needs that may come up. This includes everything they need from set up times, to where to charge their phoones, and where they will eat. Get most questions are all answered before the day of the event.
This day-of checklist is for you, the event producer. It will help remove last-minute emergency situations, by including a list of every supply that needs to be present on-site at each physical location at the event before it begins and as it progresses. One person can uses the list to check everything and be responsible for all items being where they should be.
